Message	since they know where you live wes, make sure *they* know that *you* know where they live as well. Just sit & stakeout... to the point they come out & say 'what's up'. Then you know they know. Level the playing field to your advantage. The issue will prolly drop at that point. I'd go with the surveilence stuff in the front window (make it obvious if you look for it, drape/blinds pulled to side, camera sticking out). Motion sensors will also stop crap.
